How long does a pad last?

How do I know it's time for new pads?

When a pad no longer sticks fully, even after a rinse, or the gel is damaged. A pad that only half sticks gives an uneven feel, so swap it for a fresh one.
How do I keep them sticking?

Put the protective film back on after every session. If a pad needs it, take the pod off and clean the gel gently with a little water, then let it air-dry. No alcohol.
Do they fit both pods?

Yes. Every pad fits either pod, so you can replace one or both.
Which pack should I choose?
